Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. - Implement and maintain monitoring tools to ensure system stability and performance. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Service Delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Proficiency in monitoring tools and techniques. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
