Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to Software License Management. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM) and providing dynamic services to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for software license management systems and resolve issues related to the same. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems. - Develop and maintain documentation related to software license management processes and procedures. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software license agreements and identify areas for improvement. - Provide training and support to end-users on software license management systems and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Software License Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM). - Experience in conducting software license audits and ensuring compliance with software license agreements. - Experience in providing technical support for software license management systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Software License Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
