Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Your typical day will involve working with GitHub and Python on Azure to provide a dynamic service and ensure system stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues using Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in incident management and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing system downtime. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures, leveraging automation and other tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python on Azure. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with GitHub. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
