Application Support Engineer - BRS

What success looks like in this role:

• Handles, investigates and reports complex cases / situations.
• Identifies, records and classifies problems of high complexity and impact.
• Ensures formulation and testing of incident resolution, collaborating with the development teams, M&S Engineering team members and others as required to meet client and SLA expectations / requirements.
• As necessary, provides on-site deep technical support in the client environment.
• Ensures all updates and fixes as well as minor change requests are timely and properly integrated within the client environment.
• Handles requests escalated from M&S Engineering team members and/or clients.
• Provides technical advice and support for less experienced team members.
• Provides root cause analysis, develops comprehensive action plans and ensures timely follow through in alignment with incident management / M&S Engineering processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
