Application Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Specialist with 810 years of experience in implementing and integrating enterprise applications. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills. Experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP S/4HANA is a strong requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Delivery: Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS/application projects; support larger enterprise rollouts.
• Business Analysis: Work with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into system specifications.
• SAP Integration Support: Test application integrations with SAP (S/4HANA/ECC), including APIs and middleware. A high level of understanding of SAP.
• User Training & Support: Conduct workshops, prepare guides, and drive adoption.
• Project Coordination: Track milestones, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain workflows, test cases, and technical notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
• 810 years of experience in application/SaaS implementation.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Proven expertise as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation, user stories).
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of AI/Agentic AI tools for automating documentation, requirement mapping, workflow visualization, and basic integration validation to improve delivery speed and accuracy preferable.
