Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application SME with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in App Manager-Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Compliance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our applications meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies for our applications.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of applications to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory affairs and compliance to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory compliance for team members.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update application processes accordingly.
  • Ensure all documentation related to regulatory compliance is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the IT team to integrate compliance requirements into application development.
  • Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups.
  • Analyze and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in App Manager-Regulatory Affairs with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Regulatory Compliance within the relevant industry.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in conducting regulatory audits and assessments.
  • Exhibit the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
  • Display strong analytical skills to monitor and report on compliance metrics.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Show experience in supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Possess strong relationship-building skills with regulatory bodies.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement in compliance processes.
  • Have a flexible approach to working in a hybrid model with no travel required.

    Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certified in Regulatory Affairs (RAC)
