Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Saviynt Idaas Identity Management & Governance and a background in Consumer Lending is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Saviynt Idaas solutions to ensure robust application security.
  • Oversee the development and enforcement of identity management and governance policies.
  • Provide technical expertise in securing applications and managing user identities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents providing timely resolutions and preventive measures.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends threats and technologies to enhance security practices.
  • Train and mentor team members on security best practices and protocols.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand security requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure that security measures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and tools.
  • Document security policies procedures and incidents for future reference and compliance audits.

  • Must have strong experience with Saviynt Idaas solutions.
  • Must have expertise in Identity Management & Governance.
  • Nice to have experience in the Consumer Lending domain.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong communication skills to effectively convey security concepts.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Must have the ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
  • Must have experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Must have the ability to develop and implement security protocols.
  • Must have experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
  • Must have the ability to document security policies and procedures.
  • Must have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
