Location: Gurgaon (Client-Facing Role)

We are seeking a highly skilledApplication Security Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. This is aclient-facing role where you will collaborate directly with key stakeholders and engineering teams to drive secure software development practices, assess application vulnerabilities, and strengthen risk posture across environments. You will be responsible for embedding security into design, development, and deployment processes while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Lead and conductapplication security assessments throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• PerformSAST (Static), DAST (Dynamic), and interactive application security testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• Executesecure code reviews and provide clear, actionable remediation guidance to development teams
• Facilitatethreat modeling sessions and review security architecture with engineering and product teams
• IntegrateSecurity by Design and secure coding best practices into client SDLC processes.
• Develop and maintainapplication risk registers , report findings, and track mitigation.
• Act as aprimary security contact for client engineering teams, offering guidance and support during implementation and remediation.
• Present security findings, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• 68 years of hands-on experience in application security, secure SDLC practices, or related cybersecurity roles.
• Demonstrated experience withSAST, DAST, code reviews, threat modeling, and application risk assessment tools .
• Strong understanding ofOWASP Top 10 , secure coding standards, and modern application architectures including web and microservices.
• Experience collaborating withdevelopment, DevOps, and architecture teams to remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Excellentcommunication and client engagement skills , with the ability to articulate security concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in aclient-facing environment and manage competing priorities.
  

Candidates with at least one of the following or similar credentials will be given strong preference:

• CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• GWAPT, OSCP, or equivalent advanced security certifications
• Influence security architecture and practices across client engagements.
• Work on large-scale digital platforms with complex security challenges.
• Support development teams in building secure, high-performance applications.
• Be a key player in enhancing overall security maturity for our clients.
