Job Description
1. 15+ years of experience in developing and supporting business applications for Banks/banking customers. Understanding of Core banking processes.
2. Experience in building interfaces and peripheral systems over any of the core banking product, preferably Finacle
3. Experience in managing RUN / L2-L3 support activities and good with ITIL processes
4. Understanding of middleware technologies, preferably MuleSoft. Should understand webservices and should able to debug, if needed
5. Experience in delivering Salesforce applications, preferably with exposure to Sales cloud, Financial Services cloud and Marketing Cloud - Preferred
6. Good problem solving skills
7. Good in project management and stakeholder management
8. Should understand basics of Infrastructure support
9. Should able to guide and lead a team of 10+ team members comprising of Infrastructure, Network, Salesforce and Middleware skills
