Application Packaging engineer responsible for managing applications in desktop, laptop, server and VM environments. This includes packaging all Windows platforms, managing the SCCM 2012 environment for managing and deploying Windows software, managing App-V for virtual applications and providing 3rd level support. Should have strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Should be customer focus and understanding of client expectation
