Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: Looking for a Tech Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Roles & Responsibilities: implement migrations, upgrades, and patches across all environments administer crucial infrastructure for platforms in the Cloud and provide front-line technical support to end users on a variety of technical issues. ensure lights-on support-services are up and running for all environments collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, hardware, platform services, and operations UK hours coverage ,occasional on-call / weekend Release support is required to support critical activities during non-business hours support and monitor various business/IT applications, batch jobs and infrastructure components as part of an application support team providing coverage from multiple regions convert manual tasks/intervention/operations into automation requirements/specifications incident resolution - incident investigation, diagnosis & resolution. Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution problem management reactive problem investigation, diagnosis & resolution. Participate in post-mortem activities for any breaks in system availability, helping to capture and track tasks to both analyze incidents implement preventative measures to prevent repeat occurrences release management weekend support for production deployment and patching activities application management standards leading the application onboarding and work closely with Application Development team to ensure new projects are implemented in line with current standards application availability - partner with IT Infrastructure and Application Development to proactively improve application serviceability, reliability and scalability. technical documentation maintain knowledge database, review and amend technical documentation, such as support and disaster recovery procedures, to ensure that they are kept up to date performance monitoring & enhancement - work with IT Infrastructure to ensure that all relevant metrics for server performance and capacity are available. Use metrics to maintain and enhance system performance Professional & Technical Skills: 6 to 12+ years of experience as cloud migration/support consultant/Site Reliability Engineer for Azure/AWS is required. Hands-on experience with cloud frameworks, containers and Kubernetes services, Helm charts, Scripting (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell etc...) Troubleshooting in cloud environments .Experience and exposure working with DevOps CI / CD tools and VSC repositories including, GitLab/ TeamCity, Azure DevOps, GitHub and integrating them with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Good understanding/knowledge about modern observability tool stack i.e., tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, etc proficient with monitoring tools such as BigPanda , Splunk, AppInsights, LogAnalytics, Azure Monitor Hands-on experience with 2 or more automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, ARM Templates Experience in all aspects of cloud computing (e.g. infrastructure, storage, platforms, data etc.) Good to have proficiency with tools and technologies, such as Nexus, SonarQube, Fortify, Autosys, PostgreSQL and ServiceNow oversight of Azure management and control plane components, from Networking, Access Management, Azure Policies and Azure RBAC excellent communication, well organized with an innate sense of how to prioritize across a complex environment with an agile concept mindset, collaborating with stakeholders, engaging with clients in order to implement well-designed high quality solutions using Azure services ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities, knowledge of ServiceNow Change Request, ITIL incidents and problem management, strong customer focus & communication skills, self-driven yet collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team, someone who challenges the norm and drives the team forward. broadly experienced in a range of technical skills, familiar with multiple operating systems and common support tools working knowledge: SQL scripting, Unix (AIX, Linux), Relational databases (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL) Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - Candidate should be willing to work from Client office 3 days a week - This position is based in Pune-Kharadi , Mumbai - Airoli client office - A 15 years full-time education is required.
