Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage the application development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP DMC/MII/ME. - Have implemented solutions for integrating Shop floor Devices with SAP DMC, experience in OPC-UA protocol - Have done solution designing for all the functional and non-functional requirements for SAP DMC - Hands on experience defining solution, system configuration, UI/UX development and setup in projects. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using [PRIMARY SKILL]. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
