Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team and collaborate with them to perform effectively - Manage the team and make decisions regarding project requirements - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure smooth execution of the application development process - Oversee the design and configuration of applications - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services - Strong understanding of cloud computing and its applications - Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure applications - Knowledge of data storage and management in Azure - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake - Experience with data integration and migration in Azure Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services - This position is based in Pune - A 15 years full-time education is required
