Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including working with developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of milestones and tasks. - Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management and SAP QM Quality Management. - Strong understanding of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Solid grasp of SAP integration with other modules and systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. - This position is based at our Pune office.
