Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Web Dynpro, and ABAP on HANA. - Experience with SAP development tools, including Eclipse and SAP Web IDE. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Gateway. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
