Summary: As an Application Lead for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other financial systems. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
