Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Solution Architecture, Spring Boot, and AWS Architecture to lead the effort in delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Utilize your expertise in Solution Architecture to provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Develop and maintain high-quality code using Spring Boot and AWS Architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Solution Architecture and Spring Boot, AWS Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
