Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including data privacy and security standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services. - Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques, including data warehousing, ETL, and data integration. - Experience in designing and implementing complex data models, including multi-dimensional modeling and data partitioning. - Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA architecture, including data flow, data sources, and data targets. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW/4HANA solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
