Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with the team, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions. - Oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. - Manage client relationships and provide technical guidance and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cash Management. - Strong understanding of application design, development, and configuration. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration with other systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cash Management. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
