Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Global Trade Services and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Global Trade Services solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and procedures for application development and delivery. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Global Trade Services solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, and FI. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ABAP programming language. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other systems. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
