Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Apache Spark. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Apache Spark. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong experience in Apache Spark. - Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) and Google Cloud Data Services (Good to have). - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and acting as the primary point of contact. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and standards. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Spark. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Pune office.
