Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working on AWS Architecture and Solution Architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain technical architectures, frameworks and strategies for software applications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate technical risks, and provide solutions to complex technical problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: AWS Architecture, Solution Architecture - Good To Have Skills: Microservices and Light Weight Architecture - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing development teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
