Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs - Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices - Identify and mitigate risks and issues - Provide technical guidance and support to the team - Monitor project progress and report on key metrics - Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology - Continuously improve processes and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module - Experience in designing and implementing SAP SD solutions - Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules - Experience with SAP SD configuration and customization - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP programming - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA - Recommendation: Knowledge of SAP SD pricing and billing - Recommendation: Understanding of SAP SD master data management Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
