Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Min 7+ Years of relevant experience in SAP MDG and well- versed in S4 HANA with good analytical skills and domain experience in manufacturing/Automotive industry. -Must have worked on S4 HANA Implementation & support projects. -Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience. -End-to-end SAP MDG implementation project experience in S4/HANA -Configuration experience with MDG Finance/BP/logistics modules/Custom data objects. -Understanding and familiarity with MDG application framework and various governance APIs. -Hands on with MDG configurations and customizations in areas like data modeling, process modeling, key mapping, duplicate checks, workflows, validations, replication and MDG error handling. -Familiar with SAP MM/SD/FI/PP/QM module with clear understanding of the business processes. -Knowledge of data integration between SAP MDG and S/4HANA system. -Should be capable of analyzing the failures and data issues faced during master creation and extension in S/4 HANA system. -Experience with SAP and non-SAP systems integration, test planning and testing execution coordination skills -Good Team Player -Experience in client facing roles. -A Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP MDG Tool - Knowledge of data modeling and data integration concepts - Experience with data quality management and data cleansing techniques Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool - This position is based in Pune - A 15 years full-time education is required
