Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. - Experience in leading the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Testing exp is mandatory Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - This position is based at our Pune office.
