Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of technology architecture. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems. - Proficient in integration patterns and techniques for cloud-based applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
