Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP FI CO Finance, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development and implementation of SAP FI CO Finance solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Roles: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP FI CO Finance solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP FI CO Finance, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. - We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance consultant who is experienced with Lease Out process and SAP RAR solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in SAP Finance Lease Out IFRS15 implementation and support. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for finance lease out processes. Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance Lease Out solutions based on business requirements and IFRS15. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and project team members. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP Finance Lease Out module Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FSCM, and SAP Treasury. - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Activate. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP FI CO Finance solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
