Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in solution architecture and contribute to the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Understand the current liquidity management landscape and visualize the to be landscape post replacement of existing liquidity management application / product - Understand the existing technology stack and do an impact analysis for to be state - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the entire application development / migration process. - Ensure successful implementation of the identified product. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expert as Solution Architecture with relevant cloud / on prem technologies - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Must have functional / domain level understanding of corporate liquidity management - Knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks. - Experience with cloud platforms and services. - Good To Have Skills: Solutioning experience for implementation / migration of liquidity management products / application. Experience Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
