Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring that they are following best practices and adhering to project standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Solid understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including experience with SAP HANA Studio, Eclipse, and SAP NetWeaver Gateway. - Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA data modeling, including experience with SAP HANA Information Modeling (HANA IM) and SAP HANA Extended Application Services (HANA XS). - Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA performance tuning and optimization, including experience with SAP HANA Performance Optimization (HANA PO) and SAP HANA Dynamic Tiering (HANA DT). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP ABAP Development for HANA solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
