Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Spring Boot-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that code quality is maintained. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering, including Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures. - Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including agile development methodologies, code review processes, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
