Summary: As an Application Lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in AEM Sites to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM Sites applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and QA analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all AEM Sites-related activities, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM Sites, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. - Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with Java and related frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AEM Sites solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
