Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Track and report project progress, utilizing Agile metrics and tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and product owners, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Data Analysis & Interpretation, Data Analytics. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. - Experience with Agile metrics and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects as a Scrum Master. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum Master role. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - This position is based at our Pune office.
