Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical architecture and customization capabilities. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical with other enterprise systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
