Summary: As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP TM Transportation Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. S/4 HANA implementation work experience. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Logistics, and SAP Fiori. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP TM Transportation Management solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP TM Transportation Management functionality and configuration. - Experience in integrating SAP TM Transportation Management with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Industry experience: Life sciences
