As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP WMS solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP WMS, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and other SAP modules. - Strong understanding of SAP WMS processes and functionality, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse layout and design. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including IDOCs, RFCs, and BAPIs. - Solid grasp of SAP data migration and data conversion techniques, including LSMW and BDC. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP WMS solutions. - This position is based at our Pune or any office.15 years full time education
