Summary: As an Application Lead for User Interface Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of applications, adhering to project requirements and specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in user interface development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and user experience (UX) design principles. - Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and project management tools such as Jira. - Solid grasp of agile development methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Interface Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
