Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business process and application requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles. - Experience with Java programming language. - Experience with web application development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
