Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing agile programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile program management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software products. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team, providing guidance and support as needed. - Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage project risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile Program Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience in managing project risks and issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
