Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure compliance and risk management for our clients in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP GRC applications, ensuring compliance and risk management for our clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC, including experience with SAP Access Control, SAP Process Control, and SAP Risk Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), including experience with SAP Access Control, SAP Process Control, and SAP Risk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules, such as SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, and SAP SD. - Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles. - Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP GRC solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
