Job Requirements Key Responsibilities 1: Strong domain knowledge in Financial Asset Management or Wealth Management. 2: Should have worked with the Front and Middle office operations in Asset Management company. 3: Should have closely worked to support fund managers and dealing desk in their day-to-day activities. 4: Should have the knowledge on the different functions in the asset management industry (Performance, Compliance, Research, Client distribution, Portfolio Management, Data Management, etc) 5: Should have good knowledge on Equity, Fixed Income, Credit, Derivatives and Private assets products. 6: Should have sound understanding of the trade lifecycle events for the different financial products. 7: Preferred if knowledge on Blackrocks Aladdin application. Technical Experience 1: Resource should have Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirement gathering. 2: Knowledge on SQL queries 3: Good knowledge on JIRA (Project Management tool) 4: Good Understanding on Scrum life cycle. 5: Strong Communication and stakeholder skills 6: Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 7: Team handling ability.
