Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure compliance and risk management for our clients in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications utilizing SAP GRC for compliance and risk management. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, testers, and project managers. - Provide technical expertise in SAP GRC, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. Professional & Technical Skills: - Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in SAP Security and GRC along with S/4HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP GRC solutions. - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP Security and SAP Basis. - Strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles. - Experience with SAP GRC configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Predominantly user and access management. - Detailed understanding of master/derived role concepts, single/composite role concepts, critical/sensitive authorization objects, table/program authorization, FIORI roles builds & maintenance etc. - Understanding of Finance functional area and associated authorization objects. - Detailed understanding of all modules of GRC, strong knowledge in Process and Access control - Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and manage the mitigation process. - Assist with system upgrades and patching - Gathering functional requirements and mapping to SAP Security functionality, performing gap analysis. - Good communication skills to be able to interact with business and work independently. - Should be a team player with Excellent problem solving skills. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
