Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Quality Management (QM) and utilizing Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Utilize SAP Quality Management (QM) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. - Apply Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or C++. - Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.15 years full time
