Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and configuration of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements. - Design solutions that meet the business needs. - Oversee the development and configuration of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials. - Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules. - Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud architecture and data model. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Oracle Financial Cloud education is required.
