Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Strong understanding of SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing SAP FIORI/Gateway applications. - Hands-on experience with SAP UI5, OData services, and SAP NetWeaver Gateway. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and customization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP development. - Experience with SAP HANA database and SAP Cloud Platform. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori design guidelines and UX/UI principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
