Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP EWM applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP EWM development and configuration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM, SD, and WM modules. - Solid understanding of SAP EWM functionality, including inbound and outbound processes, warehouse structure, and inventory management. - Experience with SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and SAP development tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM development and configuration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP EWM solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
