Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, and overseeing the development and testing phases. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design application architecture and ensure it aligns with the project goals and objectives. - Oversee the development and testing phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders on the progress and status of the project. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud platform and its various services. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - Experience in integrating applications with other systems using APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
