Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. - Ensure that applications are designed and developed in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with programming languages such as Java or C#. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
