Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and address any issues or challenges in the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Apigee. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of API management platforms and tools. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and services. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
