Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design solutions that meet the business needs and align with best practices. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide innovative ideas. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Document technical specifications and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for team members on new technologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications on Azure. - - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Storage. - - Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control. - - Familiarity with programming languages such as C# or Java for application development. Additional Information: - - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - - This position is based at our Pune office. - - A 15 years full-time education is required.
