Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Alteryx. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize application features and enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications. - Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing appropriate measures. - Document application design, architecture, and technical specifications. - Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python or R for data analysis and manipulation. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Alteryx. - This position is based in Pune. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
